ALAN M. PETERSON, JR.
Alan M. Peterson Jr.is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, and executive development facilitator with a passion for growing entrepreneurial and executive leaders.
He is President and CEO of The Peterson Group, a full-service marketing communications organization, which he founded in 1991 in Newport Beach, California, and grew it to become a major partner in the development and implementation of national sales and marketing programs for several Fortune 200 companies and many small-to-midsize companies. He has also founded and acquired several online e-commerce companies, which he continues to own and operate today.
In 2004, he joined Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the world’s largest organization of entrepreneurs, where he has served in a number of leadership roles and serves as one of the organization’s senior Strategy Summit Facilitators.
Alan is passionate about leading personal development and executive development programs, where he serves as a senior facilitator and develops and leads programs to bring transformational change to executive teams and their performance.
He will be presenting at the Women in Private Lending Event on April 17th and will discuss the DiSC Assessment. Disc is a personality assessment to help communicate more effectively.
